Meet Julia…

Julia is a fabulous arts manager, communicator, and all-around good egg. That’s why I am thrilled to share that Julia is contributing her behind-the-scenes expertise to Oriana Photography.

About Julia:

I have nine years experience in theater arts management under my belt, working in marketing at Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago and Children’s Theatre Company in Minneapolis.  I am also a founding member of Pavement Group, a new plays theatre in Chicago. Wanting to try something different — and create more time to spend with my one-year-old son Henry — I left the office for full-time mom duty along with a few select freelance projects, like Oriana Photography!

 

When she’s not helping me bring sanity to a giant to-do list or revising text for a new flyer, Julia may be found:

…scouring the Twin Cities for cool places to take a toddler, reading an extensive blog roll, finding delicious recipes to make (or, more likely, ask my husband Andy to make), and going on long walks by the Mississippi river.

I am so stoked to have Julia on-board, helping us run more smoothly – and freeing up more of my time for photography & customer service.  100% win! 🙂
