Barefoot Villa is a vacation rental unit in Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica.
It is managed by Harbor Reef Surf Resort, and I photographed this luxurious family rental property on a sunny day in Nosara, Costa Rica.
I am primarily a “person” photographer, so I honestly wasn’t sure how I’d feel about interiors and real estate photography when I began last year. From the get-go I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I thought with no people it might be boring… but this type of photography does allow me to focus on detail and incorporate new technical skills I’ve learned in-camera and post-production (such as HDR imaging). And sometimes I do include people to model the houses. Real Estate photography has been a enjoyable part of the last year and I look forward to more.
