This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).


Email Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter we add your name, email address, and any selected preferences in the sign-up form to the OrianaPhotography newsletter mailing list, which is managed via MailChimp and used only for the purposes stated in your sign up. As of March 2021 we send one e-newsletter per month, though the frequency could change at any time, however your email will never be shared outside the company unless required by law.

Device Information: When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including information as part of analytics to understand which pages on our site get the most views, if you are using a mobile browser or desktop, what websites or search terms referred your browser to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Please note that because we use secure third party services with security certificates for the services above, we can not directly alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser, but have provided the opt out links above.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain portions of your Order Information for our records. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we will maintain your newsletter subscription details.

Subscribers can opt-out of receiving the newsletter anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. When you unsubscribe from a newsletter managed via MailChimp, your details remain on the list of past participants. This is a compliance measure to prevent circumstances such as a member of staff manually re-adding you after you have unsubscribed.
